Our Story
Baraka means blessing — and a blessing is what a good meal, shared with the people you love, is meant to be. Our home is on Rexdale Blvd, where the grill runs all day and the door is open from early morning to late night.
Our kitchen brings two traditions to the same table. From the Middle East: slow- marinated shawarma carved straight off the spit, shish tawook from the open flame, and warm pita. From Somalia: suqaar, baasto, and rice scented with cardamom and clove — the dishes our families grew up on.
Everything is halal, made fresh, and built for sharing. Welcome to our table.
